Work Experience Singapore (WES) is committed to supporting international students and graduates in fulfilling their career ambitions.

Since our inception in 2008, our business has been successfully placing students and graduates in internships within host companies across Singapore. Now, with offices in the central business districts of Singapore, we are able to support students and recent graduates with an appropriate industry based program that is customized to their work and life aspirations. Extensive networks and partner programs across Singapore enable us to help you liaise with a company in Singapore and learn the fundamentals of the Singaporean workplace.
Building on an extensive network and a solid database, we are able to break away from the competition with timely strategies to identify, secure and retain the finest available human capital on behalf of our clients by employing multiple recruitment methodologies to exhaust all possible channels in order to identify the best possible match.
In response to the intensified need for foreign talent in industries like Retail, Hospitality and Tourism, we specialize in the placement of high quality, English-speaking graduates from various countries including China, Philippines and Vietnam.
As your one-stop recruitment solutions provider, WES will source, screen, interview and shortlist potential candidates with the right qualifications, experience and attitude for the best fit. We will also arrange the necessary documentation, permit applications, medical check-ups and accommodation, if necessary.
To ensure a seamless foreign recruitment process for our wide-based clientele, WES will also provide Meet & Greet, Orientation, Consultation and Counseling.

• Over the years, we have been attending several Educational & Career Fairs in Malaysia (UUM, Miri, Curtin, Swinburne, Nilai, KL, Johore, Penang) and Hong Kong.
• Recruitment is done directly through Roadshows in the University without a middleman.
• Recruitment costs will not be incurred through a middleman but they often do not recruit the right people for the right job as all recruitment through a middleman is outsourced.
• Expertise in the application of a Working Holiday Pass and perhaps the only Agent in Singapore that does this pass because:
• We are situated in Singapore Polytechnic and we assisted the Work Holiday Programme that was introduced in 2008 by the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore.
• The Working Holiday Pass allows undergraduates and fresh graduates between the age of 17 and 30 years old to work and are not restricted to only specific types of work for up to 6 months in Singapore.
• The Working Holiday Pass gives the applicant the freedom to spend up to 6 months to experience working in Singapore while exploring the region’s exotic culture.
